Exchange and return of goods


You can return or exchange goods that you did not fit within 14 days from the date of purchase. This right is guaranteed to you by the "Consumer Protection Law".

Conditions for the exchange or return of goods in this case: According to Article 9 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", goods of good quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, if the following conditions are met:

the product was not in use and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, wipes, traces of opening, no traces of liquid entering the product or packaging, documentation;
the presentation is saved - i.e. all the labels, stickers and other accessories of the goods remained unchanged, the goods are fully completed, packed;
there are all documents for the goods (instructions, warranty card, receipt or goods receipt confirming the purchase), all labels, factory marking and packing are kept.

Exchange / return of good quality goods
Base:

For the return of a quality product, you must have certain reasons for the return, which are specified in art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights (hereinafter - the Law), and the state of the goods, namely:

1) the goods were purchased by the Buyer no later than 14 days from the date of presentation of the demand for return, not counting the day of purchase;

2) the goods are subject to return in accordance with the List of goods of good quality, which are not subject to exchange (return), approved by the Resolution of the CMU.

Goods that can not be exchanged:

Perfumes and cosmetics;
Means of personal hygiene;
Underwear;
Childen's goods;
Tools for pedicure and manicure;
And other products unrelated to the range of our online store.
3) the goods have not approached the Buyer on grounds that are not related to claims to the quality of the goods;

4) the goods have not been used, its presentation has been preserved, its packaging, consumer qualities, seals, labels, there are no mechanical damages, the goods are in working order;

5) The buyer presents the settlement document issued at the time of purchase of the goods.

ATTENTION! When returning a good-quality goods, the Buyer has the right to exchange goods for the same with the Seller from whom the goods were purchased (Article 9 of the Law), and not immediately demand a refund. And only if the Seller does not have a similar goods for exchange, the Buyer has the right:

1) to return the purchased goods at the same time as purchasing from the Seller of another product from the store available in the assortment with the appropriate recalculation of the cost and payment of the positive difference, or by the store returning a negative difference between the prices of the goods;

2) terminate the previously concluded sales contract and receive a refund (within 7 working days, the same calculation method that was used to pay for the goods (cash, bank transfer), with the exception of the Seller the cost of shipping by the buyer return goods.

Exchange / return of goods of inadequate quality


A product of inadequate quality is a product containing shortcomings. The lack of the goods is a discrepancy with the declared characteristics.
The received goods should correspond to the content on the site.

The difference in design or design elements from the description on the site is not a sign of inadequate quality.
The genuine colors of the products may differ from the colors and shades on the site, depending on the color rendering of your monitor (display).

The goods were purchased by the Buyer not later than 14 days from the date of presentation of the demand for return, not counting the day of purchase;

A photograph of the goods on which the marriage / defect is visible;
Photo of the label;
A photograph of the packaging;
Packaging must be preserved without fail, otherwise exchange / return of goods is not possible!

ATTENTION! When returning a non-qualitative good, the Buyer is entitled to exchange goods for a similar product from the Seller from whom the goods were purchased (art. 9 of the Law), and not immediately demand a refund. And only if the Seller does not have a similar product for exchange. The buyer has the right:
